Banu+Bablu is a series that is based on the preliminary concept of mathematics. The two little heroes are eager to learn maths so that they can help their parents at home. This is the first title we had created entirely using motion capture. It was also our last production to be released as a VCD/DVD. The first volume was followed by a single webisode during the Christmas of 2019 and was well-received as it unravelled the mystery of Bablu’s adoption by Banu’s family.

Mathematics is the biggest hurdle while teaching children. Every preschool teacher and parents find it difficult to convey the abstract concepts of logic to the kids mind. A creative and playfull approach is taken here in Banu and Bablu.

The core concepts of Maths is explained in a beautiful way here. Like Kathu, Banu and Bablu is also a family movie. Banu is a cute little bunny and Bablu is a bear cub. The family includes mom, dad, elder brother and sister. They live in a beautiful cave in the forest. Their plays and pranks make the stories and songs of this animation movie.

The story of Bablu was premiered as a Christmas special. An answer to viewer’s curiosity of how a bear cub became a member of a rabbit family. One flood brings Bablu from the forests to the carpenter monkey and was handed over first to the mechanic Fox then to the doctor Duck and so on. But eventually, everybody decided to send him back to where he came from. But just before that Banu and her family saw him and fell in love with the poor little bear cub.

A musical in a fantasy world where Banu and Bablu explore various concepts of maths they learned in the first volume. A fun and game like experience.

The second Christmas special from Banu+Bablu featuring a family of mice in distress. Banu and Bablu help them by giving away all the stuff they secured for their celebration. But they are rewarded at the end for their selfless act.
